Order Statuses.

From initial order creation and payment processing, to dispatch and delivery, an Accu order goes through several important processes before arriving safely at its destination. The progress of your order, and the status which is currently applied to it, can be found using our online order tracker.

There are many different order statuses for our different order types and delivery methods. The table below can be used for a more detailed explanation of each status:

Order Status Description
Payment Processed Your payment has been processed.
Order Complete – Shipped Your order has been dispatched.
Delivered Your order has been delivered, thank you for choosing Accu!
Cancelled Your order has been cancelled. If you were not expecting a cancellation, we may just be making changes to your order. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
Refund Your order has been cancelled and a full refund has been issued.
Payment Error There has been an error with your chosen payment method, please contact us by telephone to arrange payment.
Awaiting Bank Wire Payment We have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods. Bank wire payments may take several days to appear on our system.
Awaiting Payment Before Processing / Manufacture We have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods.
Added To Credit Account Your order has been added to your credit account and manufacture/shipping will begin shortly. To see your credit account order history, please visit your ‘account summary’.
PayPal Payment Accepted Your payment has been processed.
Awaiting Credit Card Payment We have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods. Please contact us by telephone to arrange payment.
Quality Control Issue We’re very sorry - we have detected a problem with your items which may cause delays. We have placed your order into a temporary holding bay while the issue is resolved. Our team is aware of the delay and we are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Partial Order Shipped Your order has been partially shipped as discussed with our team. The remainder of your order will follow shortly.
Order Ready For Picking Your order is going through quality control, and will be picked and dispatched shortly.
Sales Order Raised We have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods.
Out For Delivery Your order has been dispatched and is currently out for delivery. Tracking information has been sent to your email address.
At Delivery Location Your order has been dispatched and is currently at our courier’s sorting depot.
Delayed Your order has been delayed in transit. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Delivery Attempted Your order has not been successfully delivered. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Partial Order Shipment Request A partial shipment has been requested and is now being scheduled by our automated system.
Delivery Date Updated Your delivery date has been updated. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Quotation Raised A quotation has been raised based on your requirements.
Quotation Accepted Your quotation has been accepted and will now be converted into an order.
Quotation Rejected Your quotation has not been accepted. Please let us know how we can improve our offer.
Follow Up A quotation follow-up email has been sent. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Quotation Expired Your quotation has not been accepted. Please let us know how we can improve our offer.
Picking In Progress Your order is going through quality control, and will be picked and dispatched shortly.
Order Ready For Picking - Partial Order Shipment Your order is going through quality control, and will be picked and partially dispatched shortly.
Purchase Order Raised We have your order, but we are awaiting payment before we can manufacture or ship your goods.
