Lead Times
Components made to order will often incur short lead-times, which will be clearly specified on each item page. In situations where the custom-manufacture of a component delays the dispatch of a larger order, we can offer split shipment on request for an additional shipping fee.
Handling and Packing
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. All containers and boxes are suitably sized with ample packing, and every effort is made to protect fragile components during the shipping process.
Express and Warehouse Stock
The vast majority of our fast-moving stock is held in the internal express warehouse of our central hub, ready for immediate dispatch. Larger quantities of our products are held in our UK-based warehouse network, and take 1 working day to prepare for dispatch.
Quality Control
To ensure absolute quality and customer satisfaction, all dispatches travel through our hub’s quality control department – this process means that our external stock takes one additional day to reach our customer.
