What are Polyfix 30 Phillips Countersunk Screws?

Phillips Countersunk Polyfix 30 Screws (sometimes called Polyfix 30's) are designed for use with plastic housings. Polyfix 30 Screws feature a specialised 30 degree thread profile, which is capable of tapping its own threads into plastics. The 30 degree thread angle of this component makes it suitable for use in low-density and medium-density plastics.

The countersunk head of a Phillips Countersunk Polyfix 30 Screw allows it to sit flush with the target housing. The Phillips drive of these components makes them suitable for use with Accu’s selection of Phillips Drive Bits and Phillips Screwdrivers.

Materials

Polyfix 30 Screws are manufactured from A2 Stainless Steel as standard. Chemical Matte Black Coatings are available on request.
