What are Polyfix 30 Phillips Pan Head Screws?

Phillips Pan Head Polyfix 30 Screws (also called Polyfix 30's) are specially designed for use in plastics. These components feature a unique trilobular thread, which is designed to tap its own thread into a plastic housing. A Polyfix 30 Screw has a thread angle of 30 degrees, making it effective when used in low-density and medium-density plastics.

The Phillips drive of this fastener is suitable for use with Accu's range of Phillips Drive Bits and Phillips Screwdrivers.

Materials

Phillips Pan Head Polyfix 30's are manufactured from A2 Stainless Steel as standard. Chemical Matte Black Coatings are also available.
