What are Thread Reducers?

Thread Reducer Adapters, sometimes known as plumbing adapters or thread reducing attachments are a type of mechanism which are used to change the size of the threads. They are designed to reduce threaded holes or clearance holes to smaller thread sizes. The protection grade on these fittings is Max IP68 depending on combination with other components. These Nickel plated brass reducers are suitable for a wide range of applications and temperatures from - 40 to 100 degrees celsius.
