What are Metric Flat Square Nuts?

Metric Flat Square Nuts are designed to fasten screws and bolts to unthreaded holes. Flat Square Nuts have no chamfered edge, allowing the component to sit flat against a target housing, and providing the maximum possible surface contact from a square nut.

Materials

This range of components Is available in a variety of materials, including A2 and A4 Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Phosphor Bronze and PEEK. PX-3 Chemical Black Coatings can also be applied to all Stainless Steel components.

Metric Flat Square Nuts

Metric components in this range are compliant with DIN 562, and are available in diameters of between M2 and M10.

Imperial Flat Square Nuts

Flat Square Nuts are manufactured in accordance with ANSI B18.2.2, and are sold in imperial thread sizes of between No. 4 and 3/8 inch as standard.
