What are Square Profile Spring Washers?

Square Profile Spring Washers are designed to provide a ductile spacer with light vibration-resistant properties. Similar to AccuScrews’ standard Split Spring Washer, this component has a split in the washer for increased flexibility, but features a square profile. A rectangular-profile variant of this component is also available, and can be found in AccuScrews' Rectangular Spring Washers range.

Materials

All of Accu's Square Profile Spring Washers are manufactured from A2 and A4 Stainless Steel, with the option of Chemical Blackening available on request.

Metric Square Profile Spring Washers

Square Profile Spring Washers comply with DIN Standard 7980, and are available in sizes of M3 to M30, and uncompressed heights of 2.00mm to 12.00mm.
