What are Metric Captive Hex Bolts?

Metric Captive Hex Bolts are designed with an unthreaded portion below the head. These components are designed for use with Accu’s range of Captive Washers. Captive fasteners are primarily used for safety reasons, and are required in certain safety equipment by EU law.

Metric Captive Hex Bolts

Captive Hex Bolts are available in metric sizes of between M2 and M12. Lengths range from 8mm up to 300mm.

Imperial Captive Hex Bolts

Imperial Captive Hex Bolts are manufacture in thread diameters of between No.4 and 1 inch. Lengths are available between 1 inch and 12 inch.
